The countdown to TFNation 2020 begins now! Here's what you need to know...
Ticket Release Day
Tickets to TFNation 2020 will go on sale at 12:00 Noon, GMT on Saturday 15th February 2020.
All ticket types (including the "Leader Package") will go on sale at the same time. Tickets will only be available from tfnation.com.
In the run up to ticket release, we will be making several announcements, containing all the information you will need. Please join our mailing list to ensure you receive these important messages first.
Website Upgrades
Ticket release day is typically very busy, with hundreds of people logging on simultaneously. Our Techbots have been working hard implementing upgrades to ensure your website journey is as smooth as possible. Once the upgrades are complete, all attendees are advised to register for a new account or log in and update your existing account at tfnation.com - we will make another announcement when our databanks are ready for you to register.
How to Book Tickets
The new, improved website will mean the way you book tickets will be slightly different this year. We will shortly be releasing a guide to explain the new, more streamlined process.
Hotel Rooms
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be redirected to a private TFNation bedroom booking site. As ever, we expect demand for bedrooms at the convention venue to be very high. A detailed announcement about Hotel prices and information will be released shortly.
Convention Schedule
The full convention schedule will be revealed over the coming months, but here are some important timings to help your planning;
Our Friday panels will begin at midday, running right through to our 9pm movie night. Please note, the trading hall will not be open on Friday.
Join us for Saturday's opening ceremony at 9:00am. Weekend attendees will also gain access to our annual Clubcon event, which is scheduled to run from 6:00pm til late!
The entertainment will continue through Sunday until we say goodbye at our 6:00pm closing ceremony.
Leader Package
This year we will be offering a special "Leader Package" which will enable you to meet Mr Peter Cullen, the voice behind the heroic Autobot leader, Optimus Prime! The "Leader Package" will be available in very limited numbers, which we expect to sell incredibly quickly. As recently announced, tickets to TFNation 2020 will be priced as follows;

| £35.00 | Adult Sunday | 18 - 59 years |
| £10.00 | Senior Sunday | 60 and over |

There are no additional charges for autographs once you have entered the convention. The single exception to this relates to Mr Cullen - please see the "Leader Package" section above, for further details.
We are an access-friendly event, which means concessions are available for registered carers. Please contact us for more information.
All guests appear subject to work and personal commitments. Guest lists are subject to change.
Age Rules
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an Adult or Senior ticket holder at all times.
- 16-17 year-olds may attend without an adult, but must bring photo ID showing proof of age, when picking up tickets. They may not supervise an Under 16 unless an adult/senior is present.
- Adults/Seniors may bring up to three Under 16s.
Types of Tickets
- Weekend - early access on both Saturday and Sunday; exclusive access to our Friday activities and Saturday evening Clubcon entertainment.
- Saturday - regular access on Saturday only.
- Sunday - regular access on Sunday only.
There is no trading on Friday other than for official TFNation merchandise. The trading hall is closed on this day.
Access to our Friday activities and Saturday evening Clubcon entertainment is reserved for Weekend ticket holders only.
