Our next big announcement from the world of voice acting concerns the show we were inspired for the aesthetic of our 2020 theme... and we are so very happy to present, joining us for TFNation 2020, legendary voice and live actress Sumalee Montano!
Montano attends our event for her very first time, and we're proud to have the voice of Arcee from Transformers: Prime join us in Birmingham in 2020. She also lent her talents to the same character in the related videogame, and Raf's mother on the show. You may also recognise her voice acting skills from various animated shows, such as Beware the Batman (Katana), X-Men: Destiny (Mystique), Skylanders (Cali), Justice League: Throne of Atlantis (Mera), and games such as Saints Row IV, Dead Island, Diablo III, The Elder Scrolls Online, Fallout 4, Destiny 2 and more. Most recently, she is involved in animated series The Casagrandes and the English dub of Cannon Busters.
A versatile actress and performer, she has appeared on acclaimed Dungeons & Dragons live play show Critical Role as the Firbolg Nila, but may also be seen in a variety of roles on classic shows like E.R., S.W.A.T., NCIS, The West Wing and recent additions such as Veep, This is Us, Scandal, and How To Get Away With Murder.
